Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions
This policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data of website visitors https://shkaran.com (hereinafter — the Site) and measures to ensure their security.

2. What data we process
Name; phone number and/or messenger username; email address; company name; city and country of delivery; content of the inquiry provided by the user in the form. Also technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies — as needed for the Site to function.
3. Purpose of processing
Responding to inquiries and consultations; calculating costs and delivery times; contract conclusion and execution; service support; improving the Site. No marketing mailings are sent without separate user consent.
4. Legal grounds
Consent of the personal data subject, given by checking the relevant box in the form; contract conclusion and execution where the subject is a party.
5. Processing procedure and terms
Processing is carried out with or without automation: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, deletion. Inquiries from the Site are sent to the Operator via a secure Telegram channel. Data is stored until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from the last inquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.
The Operator does not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties, except when necessary to fulfill a contract (e.g., to a delivery service) or as required by law.
6. Security measures
The Operator implements legal, organizational, and technical measures: restricted data access, secure HTTPS connection, and storage of service credentials outside of public access.
7. User Rights
The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, request its correction, blocking, or deletion, and withdraw consent by sending a request to the address shkaran.anton@gmail.com. A response will be provided within 10 business days.
8. Cookie

9. Changes
